Thicker Than Water, a Christian
rock band from Flint, Michigan, just released their debut album
featuring the fresh new songs ‘Free’ and their title track, ‘Canyon’.
Not just a clever name,
“Thicker Than Water” does mean something to band mates Daniel,
Andrew, Joe and Dave…as brothers (Yes, we mean actual brothers).
Growing up in a very close-knit Christian home, TTW developed
their music chops as many Christian artists do – as part of their
church music ministry (can I get an Amen!), but they didn’t just
leap straight from Sunday service to the recording studio. These
guys developed a thirst (get the band name reference there) for
performing to glorify their maker as part of a young adult evangelization
team. In doing so, they’ve been able to spread the gospel to tens
of thousands of young people using theater, music, comedy, testimony
and tons of energy.
More than just another band,
these guys are setting out with a divine compass in hand, a sweet taste for rock
music and the peace of mind that what they have as brothers really is Thicker Than Water.
